The room features a Shinto altar, a tokonoma alcove, a yukimi shoji screen, and kumiki shoji screens, and the alcove pillars are made of squeezed cedar logs.
Guests are required to lay out their own futon and mattress.
The room is locked from the inside, and valuables should be stored in the in-room safe.
